It was my first time using J & R Inventory Services and I must say it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Rana. She talked me through the process and gave advice. Rana helped remove the anxiety of letting my property, by coordinating on collection of keys (I had already moved out) and her report and photos are very professional, analytical and thorough. She gave me a verbal update after the inventory and the turnaround of providing the tenant and myself with a digital report was very prompt. I would have no hesitation in recommending J & R Inventory Services and will certainly be using them in the future.

I did a quick search on google for check-in inventory for my property in Kingston and found J & R Inventory. I made a call and spoke to Rana. From the first call until the inventory check-in report received in my inbox, I can not recommend J & R highly enough. Rana is such a lovely person, was able to accommodate timing of inventory around the tenants move in date, is highly professional and the quality of service is exceptional. Lets not forget the price. I was quoted a much higher price by a number of others, and when I check the inventory report it is very thorough. Perfect for any landlords needs. I do not know what else to write... apart from a big big thank you.
