Caroline put me in touch with my Ukrainian guest whilst she was still residing in Ukraine. She successfully acquired a visa under the HOMES for Ukraine scheme and has been living with me for almost 6 months. My guest has settled in well and thanks to Caroline for all of her support

It would not be appropriate to give a five star response in relation to a process that is not yet complete. We expect our Ukranian guest to arrive shortly and to date have been very happy with the thoughtful and prompt responses to issues that have needed be addressed. We look forward to continuation of a positive and professional relationship.

We are matched perfectly with our guest, who has fitted in with the family and routine seamlessly.Excellent support and advice from the Case Manager, who was always there to guide us when we were presented with new situations we hadn't encountered before.

I would like to leave a review of Carolyn's work!This is not an unlikely person, when I asked her for help, she very quickly entered into my situation and did the impossible for me, she helped find sponsors for me who also turned out to be very kind and wonderful people. Right to from the start, excellent communication and patience in explaining support available and expectations for host families. Good documentation and super quick responsiveness to any questions we had about the process. And very nice people to boot!
