Good job installing my aftermarket back muffler on my Skoda Fabia VRS. A guy from Russia installed it, forgot his name. He asked me for the position of the muffler, how I want it and he installed it exacly the same. Did not take long, great price compared to few other garages in London which I have called for a quote. Nothing to complain. Keep up the good work. I will definitely visit again in the future when I need. Thanks.

Excellent service again especially by the boss PJ. I had my alloys refurbished and it was great. He was a really friendly person and gave me all due attention. I would definitely recommend going to this garage as the prices are reasonable and REALLY good value for the customer service provided.

Had four cars tinted over the years by top gear in Hayes...nothing but amazing service and quality finish on the tints. Would always highly recommend.

I went to this garage to get my exhaust checked over on my bmw, as it was making a strange noise. I was told by the very nice experienced manager/owner that I needed a new full system which I had already been told at a few other places but didn’t feel at ease going to them! I got the work done the next day at tgh customs and was thoroughly happy with the step by step process of this work being carried out. I highly recommend Tgh Customs and will always get my work carried out here from now on! Thanks so much guys!

Instead of lying about the times why don’t you accept constructive criticism and not blame the customer for your disorganisation.When I return I will send through the telephone conversation.——This review is meant as a method of giving advice, and no lying.You probably remember who I am. I took time off work, called your shop and asked for a quote for exhaust work. I was told to bring it in, I told you I would head off. I finished work at 15:30 and called at 15:41 . 1 hour attachedI took exactly 1 hour to drive to you. As I arrived and called your garage at (16:45 ) I was told you are too busy, ramp isn’t free and just come down Next day. I was disappointed not even an attempt was made to remotely help, give a quote, find al alternative way to look at the car or sympathise the fact I gave away half my day to come to you.The lady I spoke to was very nice, but as a garage you need to sort out how you manage business and bookings. Employees need to understand words hold weight and come down means come down.Also as a Marketing executive I recommend looking at your branding because you have three different brand designs, on website, on google and at your shop. No design consistency means people like myself struggle to find the business.I hope these points will help you develop your business but unfortunately as a result I willnot be coming back for now.Should you doubt my statement above, the recorded phone can be sent to you. TGH Customs have been exceptional and professional ever since I started taking my car there. I've done a major service with them several times as well as my yearly MOT and health check. Their repair / labour charges are very competitive and I would highly recommend them. Massive thank you to PJ and the team who have been excellent and always very helpful.

Edit in response to reply from TGH Customs: As I stated below you worked on my vehicle LAST YEAR, July to September 2019, when coronavirus definitely wasn't a thing. Nice try claiming this review as fake though.Please listen to the negative reviews - I didn't and I deeply regreted it.I went to TGH Customs last year to have the arches rolled on my car, we agreed a price and they explained the possible negative effects. I also had the car lowered and the new wheels and tyres fitted by them.The car ended up being with them for 2 months, during this time I paid multiple visits and each time had to wait a long period of time to be able to speak to someone, despite calling ahead each time and being assured that they would be available. The rear arches came out fine, but the fronts they made a complete mess of. The first attempt buckled the arches, the second attempt dented them even more, and on the third attempt they inexplicably pulled out the edges of the arches into little flairs - something I did not ask for. Naturally I complained, but the only solution would have been to replace both quarter panels.I also regret actually paying them - I did, but not before they tried to charge me a few hundred more than what was previously agreed.No doubt I will get the canned we thoroughly explained the pros and cons of arch rolling... we are disappointed you still felt you needed to write a negative feedback" response

I had my windows tinted by the guys at Topgear Hayes, I am very please with the job. my car looks really nice now. guys here are very pleasant and respectful. I have recommended them to all my friends and family and they have not been disappointed!! Simply the best!

Found these guys through powerflow's website and used them to fit a lambda probe boss to my m3 earlier this year, was not a very good experience. On arriving at the time I'd booked, they weren't ready to do the job so I had to come back a few hours later in the day, then the job was done to a very poor standard - they damaged the threads on the bung when welding it on and tried to use an old lambda probe to recut the thread. I offered to purchase them a tap so they could do the job properly but they weren't interested, preferring to spend the best part of an hour trying desperately to thread my brand new sensor into the damaged thread on the bung. Now the thread on my wideband sensor (which was brand new when brought to them) looks like the image attached. Not the end of the world, but it only took 5 mins for me to run a tap through the bung which could have prevented this.

Came here to get a few jobs done. Had a power flow cat back exhaust system fitted as well as the whole car tinted. Both came standard with lifetime warranty. Great job all round - can't fault the work. The standard to which the tints were done was outstanding. Definitely recommend anyone to give these guys a try
