Very good company. The communication is always up to par and my Agent is very helpful, everytime I need help or advice it is provided for me. I always have work which takes the stress off, only downfall is the hourly rate but the amount of work that is offered makes up for it I guess. I recommend this company if you need flexibility, experience and confidence in meeting people or working in different environments.

Sean, who I spoke to prior to registering was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The online registration form was easy to complete and the chat function was great when I got stuck on one of the questions.Four weeks on having received my first wage I have had an issue with Customer Services but that was partly my fault and the CS Manager was kind enough to call me to sort the issue out.

Started using these recently, they have been really helpful and more importantly delivered a quick service.I was recommended these by the Agency company I use, they reviewed a few on my behalf so I'm confident I'm getting a good deal and price.With anything like this the paper work is a pain!! However Walker Smith made this as painless and minimal as possible.Best feature with these is I have a direct contact number for the person who set me up and i can contact them directly if i have any issues, not just placed in a queue to speak to an automated voice for 30mins.

Have been using Walker Smith for over 6months. Has been really easy to work with and always helpful. I’m completely new to the UK and therefore UK tax system, they have always been helpful with any questions I have had. I had considered doing it myself but the price is fair and it is a lot easier using their service.

I joined Walker Smith over a month ago and have never had any problems. They are very quick to respond to queries. I feel they offer an efficient and professional service. They keep you updated about payments that will be received on Friday. On top of this the perks of health cash benefits is an added bonus, which not all companies offer. I would recommend the company to all who are seeking to join.

I'm very happy with Walker Smith! I've been using Walker Smith's amazing services for almost 1 year in total. I've been super happy with the helpful and caring team. The customer service is outstanding. I always receive an answer and a solution to my problem LATEST within 24 hours. One example out of many examples really showed me how great they are is when I received a refund within 1 hour in my bank account (to be honest I didnt believe it at the beginning when the nice lady told me on the phone that the money will be into my account within 1 hour hahahaha). Thanks for everything.

This agency are an absolute disgrace. I have had nothing but problems with them. Incompetent and unscrupulous unable to resolve problems that they cause. Leaving workers out of pocket through their negligence. The pension scam is disgusting. Their customer care is almost nonexistent.

I suggest anyone trying to engage with this company to carefully read the negative reviews. Based on my experience, they are all very likely to be true. I personally found this company not capable of solving even a simple issue. I had to follow up frequently on the issues raised, they were not competent nor helpful at all and replied that it was the other party's fault. They sent my last payment with more than 2 months delay.

This has been my first experience of an umbrella company managing my wages, and processing payments. I compared several comanies and found Walker Smith to be the best price and with the best reputation. I spoke to Sean who is highly professional and explained the whole process in detail to me, with follow up emails providing full information. When I have need to contact Walker Smith with my queries they have been pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend based on my experience.
