Amazing food with great presentation. Staff were lovely and quick. Atmosphere was very nice as well.

Food was really good. steak cooked perfectly.Beer was good tooGood atmosphere - busy but not too busy.Only slight tarnish was a bit of a forgetful waitress. But it was busy for her as she was managing a lot of tables across the whole pub. Didn't impact our experience negatively though

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We were a large party and they managed us well. However, soup wasn't hot. Carrots were missing from the roast turkey and the Christmas pudding was more like a cake than pudding and many people were disappointed by that. We have had better at the Sarsen stones. Overall an enjoyable evening.

I absolutely love the Sarsen Stones. The food and the staff are all amazing I’ve tried quite a few of their dishes from starters to mains and they have never disappointed me. All the staff are brilliant and really friendly, but one lady who waited on me and my family, most of all if a lady called Mandy. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is okay. Drinks are out on time, food is perfect you name it she’s on it. She always has the biggest smile on her face when you walk in the door, and she always says a big hello. Compliments to the chef as well, as I know we don’t see you guys, but you’re doing hard work behind them doors cooking to everyone standards and you’ve always met mine and my families. Price is more than reasonable food and drinks wise. It’s also got such a cozy feeling in winter, but I love!Thank you for always making it such amazing experience, we will definitely be back, of course. Thanks again Aaron.

The restaurant was very busy, but service was still fairly quick and food was as tasty as always.As we had the 30% off mains discount vouchers, VFM was great, but would have been even better if you did more reasonably-priced house red & white wines. Would also be good to see a couple more vegetarian choices on the menu.

Great food and comfortable seating! Food took a little while but it was worth the wait! Staff were excellent and we're very attentive. They also have an outdoor play area for children! The only bad thing was that they bought all the starters out and just left my 4 year old really hungry. We wanted her food with ours. When our food came out it was a good temperature but my daughters was boiling and took a very long time to cool down!

First off my choice was not available. Then my second choice of sirloin steak had thick gristle down the side and I couldn't chew it. The waitress offered to change it but couldn't promise there would be no gristle so I brought it home for the dog.

First meal without our son and it was lovely. The food was amazing, we had the Hunters chicken and the chicken Kebabs which we shared. The food was so tasty. The atmosphere was also very nice as well, along with the waitresses. We were taken to our seats quickly and our drinks and food order taken. Food came out very quickly but was well cooked and hot.We will definitely we back again.

Sarsen Stones
My two daughters and I enjoyed a lovely mid week trip out. We had been busy for a few weeks, and had some difficult days to come so we were pleased that we could escape to a nice venue for a lovely meal. The server was excellent and friendly, and the food good. The pub had been decorated since my last visit and with the Christmas deorations up it looked really nice.
