Eddie and his team were professional, courteous and worked hard to complete the job to the stated timeframe, even when up against some unexpected additional work. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Eddie and the team and the work was completed to a high standard. Behaves like a corporate with reception staff on call with a standard response - someone will call you with quote. I have called them EVERYDAY FOR A WEEK with this standard response.When I told them its getting urgent now, I was told I would be put in high priority (lol) everyday for the next 3 days !They may be good in their work as per the other reviews (no idea), but definitely not good at customer service. If they are too busy, they could have just said that and I'd have looked for someone else.Zero stars if I could.

Eddie, Oliver and the rest of their team did a great job with fitting my bathroom and helping me decide what I wanted in terms of fittings.They were alway courteous, finished on time and would recommend them to anyone who wants a new bathroom fitted.

I recently hired Eddie, to diagnose an issue with the hot water not working in my apartment. I was pleasantly surprised with the promptness of his response and the level of professionalism he displayed. Eddie arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He provided a quote promptly and was able to send his team to fix the issue with the hot water very quickly.The team did a fantastic job with the repair work. They were quick, professional, and clean. They completed the job to a very high standard and left no mess behind. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the care taken in ensuring that the repair was done properly.Overall, I would highly recommend Eddie to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I am so pleased with the work carried out by Eddie and his crew,Communication was excellent and the removal of my old bathroom and the installation of the new was carried out in a professional manner.The friendly crew were excellent in their hard work , care and attention to detail and, once the job was finished, left the house in a very clean and tidy state.I am normally doubtful at leaving workmen in the house and going out , but I had no doubts whatsoever with this group of professionals.Thoroughly recommended.

I was very impressed with this company. They were very fast and efficient from day 1, sending a very comprehensive and detailed quote very quickly. They offered me a very reasonable price and a good deadline to start and finish the job and they stuck to the start date and delivered earlier than expected. In all I think there must have been at least 5 different trades, all very skilled in their own jobs. All very punctual and professional. I was very satisfied with the end result. I would definitely recommend. My husband is thinking about booking the next job as our house needs a lot of attention.

The team ripped out my old bathroom and installed my new bathroom. They sourced the materials and helped me choose aspects like the tiles. I am very happy with the final quality of their work - excellent attention to detail.

The work was done well, however customer service and communication has to be improved to ensure the satisfaction level of your clients.It took a month to get my problem sorted and if I wouldn’t leave a bad review - it wouldn’t been noticed, despite all my emails and calls to the company.Anyway, I hope you can improve this aspect of your business.
