The service is great here, the staff are really friendly and very attentive. The food is delicious and there plenty of gorgeous vegetarian options (the Moussaka is my favoutite). The complimentary bread a dips are excellent as well and probably one of the main reasons i love this place so much! Probably worth booking on a saturday evening, but you're all good to just turn up at any other time. The only thing holding this place back from 5*s is that the soft drinks (Coke, lemonade etc) are usually quite flat.Overall I am very happy this place is just around the corner from my house, as Harold Hill is not blessed with many good eateries and this one is 100% #1!

I have eaten at other Kervan restaurants and have felt the portion sizes are different. I ordered the Kervan Special and it wasn't as expected. Personally I won't be coming back. But do give them a try as what I find annoying may not mean the same for you.

Came here on a whim and I’m really glad that I did.We were warmly greeted at the door by a member of staff and they were attentive and friendly throughout the entire time.The complimentary bread was 10/10 and so were the complimentary sides. The food was good and flavourful and we were served quickly. We were also given a complimentary rice pudding for dessert which was great too!Our only criticism was that the restaurant was really cold which kinda dulled our experience. But overall, we’d definitely return and recommend - I can imagine this place would be great for large groups.

Would not recommend to anyone as service is terrible and food is cold. Terrible mistake coming here. Not worth any stars at all.

A real Shame.. I have been here many times and had a really nice time and service has been great. Last night was shocking. From the moment we arrived we were rushed to leave! The waitress admitted she wanted to go home early whilst other staff kept checking to see if we were leaving yet! Terrible time, awful atmosphere. won’t return.

The food was good. We reserved a table for 9 people for 7:30 and while we were having dinner the waitress was rushing us and at 21:50 they told us that at 22:00 they want to close and we still were eating. And we still had the cake to have as it was a birthday party. Very disappointed
