I thoroughly enjoyed my reflexology session with Steph! It was my first session so I wasn't sure what to expect but she was brilliant and quickly put me at ease, explaining exactly what she was doing - I was incredibly relaxed in no time! I felt so refreshed afterwards I ended up recommending it to my friends for the rest of the week! Steph was very professional, friendly, and clearly well-qualified. I will continue to recommend her sessions to anyone who is looking for a reflexologist. Thanks Steph!

My first experience of reflexology and Steph was amazing. I have not been so relaxed for a very long time. Steph was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable which made the treatment enjoyable. Also left with feet that looked and felt fantastic!! Thank you, would recommend.

Started reflexology with Steph when I was in my third trimester and it's the best thing I've had done. More relaxing than any massage I have ever had and Steph is so lovely it makes the experience even better. Would highly recommend and I'll be continuing after I've had the baby.

I wouldn’t normally pursue the benefits of reflexology, and to be honest I wasn’t sure what exactly to expect. I was given a voucher for Ty Gwyn and was interested to see how I’d feel. Steph put me at totally at ease with a warm welcome into the tranquil atmosphere of her treatment room. I was very grateful for her kind professional manner and left feeling completely relaxed.

As a busy working mum it is very difficult to find time for myself. Having had reflexology in the past and found it really beneficial, I decided to take a positive step for my own self-care and try reflexology again. I looked for someone local and found Steph’s website - and am very glad I did. Steph is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and most importantly clearly passionate about what she does. I am relaxed and rebalanced after my sessions - just having an hour to switch off and breathe makes all the difference!

After being recommended to try reflexology, I searched for a local reflexologist and Steph's website impressed me. She's very knowledgeable and certainly has excellent qualifications. Her manner is lovely and she always takes an interest in how you are feeling. I've had a few sessions which have been extremely beneficial from both a well being and relaxed point of view, whilst also helping my ailments. From my experience Steph comes highly recommended - my husband also attends regularly!!!! Well done Steph.

This is a really lovely experience. I've had reflexology and indian head massage here. Stephanie really knows her stuff with feet and I came away absolutely relaxed and couldn't stop yawning for the rest of the day. Had a brilliant sleep that night and my feet feel great !Am going back asap !
