Ordered a full peri peri chicken with fries, restaurant was very clean & hygienic and tidy, staff lady on the till said we couldn’t pay by card when I enquired, but told me she needs to speak to her manager, the manger said the same at first, that the PDQ machine was down but this could be down to WiFi issues the card payment did go through, the cashier lady taking payment was friendly communications & helped me find my Nando’s point via my phone,then asking me what table we were sitting on,so I pointed out the table then sat down,food was promptly sent, to our table one mild, and one hot, there was sauce on our table and on the counters loving Nando’s sauces, food was hot & fresh, chicken was grilled with love & chips was nicely seasoned especially the peri peri chips, the restaurant was nicely decorated, and spacious which was perfect, toilet clean and hygienic & the restaurant had a very nice Dyson air blade dryer, dried my hand well, overall a good experience, there is also outside seating areas, for dinners very pleasant, pleased there was, vegan and Halal options available, would recommend eating in this Nando’s.

Nando’s everywhere has a fairly decent level of food quality-wise. Hence food was good.Chicken was well cooked. However, the burger, we got the butterfly (thigh) burger, that was terrible, chicken was over cooked and dry. The bread was so stale and hard to bite into.Do not go for the burger, have pitta rather.Now onto customer service, appalling. Absolutely disgusting. The lady serving at the front did not even want to be there, rude, no manners whatsoever.Next time, will go to a different branch, as the Stratford one is very bad overall. I would not recommend.

Muy buena experiencia!!El camarero Ricardo nos trató muy bien y amablemente, nos recomendó buenos platos y nos dimos cuenta que hablaba español como nosotros. Fue muy amable.La comida riquísima, las patatas y el pollo muy bueno con las salsas. Repetiría mil veces, lastima que fui por un viaje…Muy recomendable!!

Duringa our visit to Nando's Stratford, the staff member Name Zahid went above and beyond to assist us with our baby. They were incredibly accommodating when our baby fell asleep in the baby chair, ensuring our comfort and dining experience weren't disrupted. Moreover, the staff member assisting us was extremely helpful with our order, showing great hospitality and patience. Their attention to detail and willingness to make our visit enjoyable despite the unexpected circumstance with our baby was truly commendable. It made our dining experience at Nando's memorable, and we appreciate their exceptional service."

I don't usually give reviews....but I have to here... Food was great and it arrived on time. Biggest problem was the service... My friend and I entered and we were not guided with what to do and where to go from the entrance... So we stood in the queue and got to the till only to be asked to wait at the entrance for a staff member to serve you a seat. Very poor service... I understand it was busy but at least don't make your customers wait in limbo.Also, we ordered a takeaway afterwards and when we collected at the specific time we queued to collect our order at the till only to be told step to one side while other customers are served. We waited 20 minutes and the food was stored in the warming cabinet all while we were waiting.Staff need more training on customer satisfaction.
