Use this garage for Gregg's on a daily basis sometimes twice a day the toilets are always closed for cleaning.

3rd time I have gone in here and price on label is less than I get charged at till, queried price with manager about it today and got laughed at. Won't be going here again.

Toilets at this petrol station are ok but need a good clean. Very expensive for drinks and a bit of a confusing sign for pricing.

Not been open that long but Already falling apart. Used the toilets today and nearly fell off when i sat down as the seat was hanging off. Same with the next toilet but that didn't even have a seat

BEWARE OF THE PARKING SCAM THEY RUN - 45 minutes maximum or £100 fine.Absolute charlatans and scam artists. What kind of special must you be to actually decide to put 5 different stores under 1 roof and expect any normal person to possibly visit all 5 and get out within 45 minutes?Hypothetically you might queue for fuel before filling up, 10 mins! find a parking spot (5 mins) while you grab yourself a Starbucks, 5 more mins, then buy yourself a Greggs (in the queue) 10 mins, sit down to eat your sandwich and drink your coffee, 15 mins! grab yourself a bit of shopping from Sainsbury's for tonight's tea, 10 mins, pay, 5 mins, load your car and leave site 5 mins.In essence that equates to 1hr 5 mins - not a disproportionate or unreasonable amount of time to be on site you'd think, oh no, that little mistake will cost you £100 on top of your fuel, your Greggs sandwich, your Starbucks, and your Sainsburys shop.I suggest everyone should boycott this establishment, and these stores at other locations until the parking times are extended in line with normal establishments and offer 2hr free parking. Let the businesses paying the rent suffer financially like the unlucky people spending money to fund these stores. Hit them where it hurts.

In service subway and Mcdonald outlet with free parking

Don't buy from this shop. Overpriced and was charged way more for the items I bought than was advertised on the shelves. Usually it is people robbing the garages and shops in this petrol station it is the other way round.

Went to this petrol station on way home from picking my partner up from work at about 11:30pm. My partner got out my car and tried to start filling it up when the guy was waving at him we was both confused and didn’t know what he was on about so he kept trying eventually the guy let us use it as were filling up it gets to £20 and the guy cuts it off so we are both confused yet again I thought maybe it ran out of fuel the pump so my partner goes inside to pay and the guy in the petrol station says “I didn’t think you would pay so I cut it off” my partner was mortified we’ve both never had anything like this said to us before so anyway he paid and went to walk away when the guy shouted “wait” so he stopped and then the payment got approved and he said “you can go now” so rude! Very shocked and appalled to be honest.

Süper reliable and easy parking. Nit like the other shell on the other side of the road by the corner. Wouldn't ever go there. No Fuel cards accepted and very low service quality
