Bought trainers 2 weeks ago in the begining of December and came back to ask for replacement as they didn't fit. Spoke with an older black woman and she refused to take them back as it had the smallest piece of dirt right underneath the sole and that if it didn't fit

Customer service is rubbishThe girls behind the till are so but so slow that you want to leave all your shopping there and get out of the shop .I've been in there Saturday (21.01.23) morning and I couldn't believe the slow motion they are moving with ...and also the way they are speaking with is just shows that they don't feel to work or just they are so lazy and makes you feel like u disturbing them and isn't the right moment to do your shopping...

The shop floor needs a good mop down, looks like it's never been wiped for years, the fitting rooms smell, again floors are dirty in there too and the mirrors are dirty, the shoe pair sizes is mixed and missing, also one of the staff, the short fat girl appeared abit rude.

There was a long que today only one girl was serving the other girl was on the shop floor and not helping. I appreciate the girl on the till but we waited for such a long time, and the other ignorant sales assistant was just putting stock out at the kids section no regards to the customers or her colleague. Extremely selfish I would say and poor service on her part. I hope the manager can train such staff to be less ignorant and more aware!

Bought trainers online and they were faulty so returned them to store.They seem to have got lost in transit and New Look customer service doesn't respond to either e mails, messenger, chat box or WhatsApp and there is no phone number for them. Appalled
