THIS IS HOW TO TREAT A REGULAR CUSTOMER....Over charge, argue and being clever about how much. I was so embarrassed as the shop was filling up I walked out. SHORT CHANGED !!!!Got charged £13.80 for large fish, small fish ,large chips and large sausage ???Your customer skills madam leave a lot to be desired and when Papa`s comes near here you wont be in business with service like this

The finest chippy in that area. We use it at work on a lunch time regularly, and have always had a great experience. Great value 'specials' with plenty of options to choose. Not too greasy, and everything always cooked well!!

For me this is one of if not the best chippy in East Hull when you consider quality , price and portion sizes. It's just not always open when you would expect for a chip shop in a busy area, which may be due to staffing issues around COVID etc.

Well I've Been here twice in 2 weeks ,, to get dinner for my partner & his work matespattie,sausage & chips x3, drove to New roundabout in beverley near the new lidl to feed them and there food was still red hot, both times!! and it was gorgeous,they said :) great banter in the shop especially when the ambulanc drivers are in haha, thanks girls xx do a fab job keep it up

Awful shop every time we have had it, its been nothing but full of grease. At first we thought it could have been a one off but we have tried it several times and its always full of grease. They do not drain the fat so its not fit to eat unless you want a massive heart attack will not go again or recommend. X

went for the first time today, will also be the last. Pattie was tasteless and gloopyI went with my partner, we were asked if we wanted fish - he did but I did not. The fish was put in to cook and the woman went off out the back. When she came back she asked the person who came in after us what they wanted, ignoring me completely until I spoke up. I was made to feel like I was something on the bottom of her shoe. I gave one star because otherwise it would not let me post
