Best high street phone shop experience. Changed Note 20 ultra battery and glass. Was not happy with the battery and called shop dreading an argument but they said sorry sometimes battery can be faulty, bring it in and we will replace it since then phone battery is like new.

This place is fantastic. My husband and I randomly stopped by to check if we can have an iPhone fixed. We found their prices to be the best and most affordable in Cardiff. Not only that, but they fixed the phone within 2 hours. Thank you so much for your brilliant services.

Really quick service to fix a water damaged phone. Dropped it off in the late afternoon and was able to collect it before the shop closed the same day. Receipt happily provided upon request. Guys working there were happy to let me use their land line to make a quick call as my speaker and microphone weren't working. Would use again.
