I needed a car service at the mast minute to transport my parents from Somerset to an important doctors appointment in London. I wasn't able to take them myself so I wanted a service that was reliable and professional to take all the stress of travel away from my parents. I did a lot of searching and came across ABC Executive Travel via a Google search. After the first phone call I knew I had found the right company. Scott on the phone took the details and understood my need straight away and confirmed he could make the trip the next day. After an email from me within a few hours everything was sorted with the right car (my Mum needs a wheelchair and I wanted a large comfortable car) and I had clear communication with costs and a printed itinerary so I knew everything was correct. On the day I had update emails to reassure me the driver was on the way and passengers were on board. As for the driver, Mum and Dad said how good David was, he arrived early, dropped them at the door of the clinic in London and waited during the appointment before taking them home again. They also said he couldn't do enough for them to make their trip comfortable. Thanks to the team at ABC Executive Travel and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable service.
