I placed an order 2 weeks ago which was somehow missed and although it was hard to reach anybody from Martins as soon as I did the order was sent out next day delivery (I paid for 1st class only). I have been doing business with Martins for quite some time and have always received excellent service.

Every time I order something . I always receive my parcel after 2 weeks . No matter if I pay for my 1st class delivery charges. So cheap service. If u call them lady will say please wait couple more days...

Completely ripped me off for £100 worth of stock, I sent 4 emails and tried to contact them over the last 5 week but nothing, I was buying a lot from them so it doesn’t make any sense that they would suddenly just decide to keep my money and ignore all communication.
