I originally would have given a 1 star rating as night before travelling told no car available to pick up the following day however the next morning the first car wasn't large enough and after an hour wait a BMW 220i automatic become available the boot size was still not large enough for my wife's wheelchair but we were already well behind and had a 250 mile journey plus ferry connection to the Isle of WightHowever Ross said because of the delay I could bring the car back with less than the half a tank the car had on pick up and after returning the car I received my deposit plus one days rental refunded into my bank accountWithin 2 days for the delay obviously authorised by the managerSo I am satisfied and will rent from here again and after seeing reviews for the car hire firm next door with similar problems to myself I think Ross on reflection went above and beyond
