I went into the store last Saturday, and I was advised the printer was down so to come back another day.I went back in there today, and the guy behind the counter was incredibly rude and refused to take my parcel because it is too big the driver won't take it" - the parcel is medium/large

Overly expensive for diesel. Tired station that nees a refurbishment.

The cheapest petrol for miles around. Well done ESSO, but you need to align pricing at your other local stations which are much more expensive!

Good selection of snacks etc but prices can be high but reasonable prices for fuel

Just served a young person in a balaclava who then sped off on an Illegal bike ,look like he was going to rob the place, didn't make me feel safe

Good price in fuel but using the Esso App wasnt a great experience. Using the Esso App I selected the location and pump to use which was dutifully authorised by pre charging my card £100. Upon finishing fuelling £79.68 I got back in the car to discover the Esso App telling me something hadn't worked and If I wanted I could select a pump and start fuelling. So given that it didn't seem to register that I had already filled the car I went inside to pay. The cashier had no idea what was going on other than saying the fuel had already been paid at that pump. So I assume the so did work and walk outside to receive an email for fuelling £100. I went back inside to obtain a receipt or proof that Id only filled £79.68 not £100. The cashier couldn't help and told me he had no record of any transaction and couldn't give me a receipt of any kind or any proof that I hadn't filled £100. I was told to contact Esso. Not a great experience. I won't be using the app again in a hurry.
