Keepmoat - Greenbridge Square, Swindon

We recently purchased a home with Keepmoat homes Swindon. The development was lovely and very happy with our purchase. The house interiors were designed as we requested and to very High standards. A very special mention to Jane who is Excellent in what she does from reserving to planning and selecting extras till the final step she has always been supportive and kind. an amazing lady. Thank you Jane looking forward to beginning our new journey with keepmoat homes.

I managed to secure a beautiful house, a Hogarth Type through this builder and their team. Thanks to the lovely and welcoming Jane from the sales team who dealt with all my needs and a smooth transaction. The house is lovely, spacious and it will be a great family home. After sale customer care team has been excellent too - making sure I have been looked after and regularly keeping in touch post house occupation.I could not vouch for other below reviews before but my dealings have been smooth and support has been awesome.

Awars ,, I just bought flat in 2022 October 28 I get key and November dump on all halfway stairs ,, when I write then they tell they do something but they clean dump and paint it ,, and dump came again .. so bad

Dump in new build house ,, just 2 month been that building done and dump everwhere. ,,

Beautiful Homes…. however, everything from the sales office side of things is beyond disappointing to be absolutely honest.Was fed the wrong information on more than one occasion and the overall experience when visiting the sales office was awful. The woman has limited knowledge and does not know the answers to half of our questions. Honestly feel like she is winging it day by day and has very limited interest in trying to help us.Limited resources has been 1 excuse, then sorry there has been a mistake, then even from booking appointments online to view the show home…. We turnt up bright and early after a confirmed appointment and the sales office was closed, with no warning or cancellation. (Another online error) I could go on with all the issues we have had that points the finger back to the sales office but I am tired of complaining to these people now.The site manager however is brilliant, he has managed to turn things around for us but still not 100% satisfied with the whole experience.In all honesty… although we have bought a home here, I would not recommend based on all the stress this has led on.As first time buyers we was expecting someone abit more helpful and informed about the whole thing to make it an easy process but unfortunately it was the opposite.A generous 3/5 from us

Absolutely disgusting construction site, poor quality builds, missing building standards not worth investing will be Rife with mold by spring 23

Website said homes are available and on Help to Buy, when I called their call center said the same thing (Yes available, and available on Help to Buy) the lady from site called and said it has to be Buy to Let, wrong information provided and staff seemed not very helpful
