Service was fab, our server was kind and very friendly. The food was great but a little greasy and bland. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.The choice of food here is superb and the refillable drinks is great value. There really is something for everyone. Relaxed feeling inside with lots of seating both in the restaurant and bar areas. Great place to relax of an evening! The sundae desserts are excellent!

Great time, they fit us in when we weren’t booked and restaurant was busy. Had a 50% food for Black Friday, food was big portions and very tasty. Service was amazing from Naomi made us feel welcome and was very friendly. All over a nice visit.

Visited for breakfast with Santa. Attended with a 2 year old and everyone really enjoyed it. It was the 2 year olds first time meeting Santa, so they were a little shy, but great 1-1 introduction. The chap was really friendly and nice little present bag. Our breakfast was good, so definitely something that we would do again

When it’s good, it’s great, when it’s not, it’s disappointing!Check for offers, there’s always something on, so sign up for their app, register your bday, download a groupon!We haven’t been for years, but recently a few friends wanted to try it and various offers enticed us back! It’s not an expensive evening here and if you’re savvy it can be a bargain!Personally I think the portions are quite large, so if you fill up on salad bowls, you won’t need a starter!The main meals… the cod and chips are always greasy, sorry, but it doesn’t improve… however the skewers are spot on, there is loads of choice with the burgers and a few veggie options too!Everyone raves about the sundaes, but the brownie is always warm and spot on!Service…. For the most part is excellent, when you get a good server it sets the tone, makes it part of your evening. When you get an off day, check your bill, check your vouchers have been applied and follow up on your drinks!I would definitely go back with friends, but can’t change the other half’s mind…

Food was OK but it took ages for us to be seated and also ages for us to be served and again between dinner and pudding coffee it took ages. Server's were polite though and we did have a nice time but we're there a long time

A good Harvester, the food was OK for what you pay for. Its not top notch but it's not bad either. The waitress we had was the shift supervisor, very friendly. Sensory wise it had nice low lighting and the noise was low. Definitely recommend for this alone if you're someone on the spectrum

The breakfast menu has changed since the last time we visited, the unlimited breakfast has gone and you can no longer swap out items you don't want in favour of, say a hash brown, the breakfast also doesn't come with unlimited toast. We were booked in at 9am on a Sunday morning, there were only around 5 or 6 tables seated, so fairly empty, and we still had to wait an hour for food, my partner asked for some toast off our breakfast, after around half an hour, for our 5 year old whilst we waited, to which the waitress wanted to charge us extra for. The coffee served wasn't very hot and the food was a little cold when it finally arrived but it was tasty.We will visit again.

The menu is very much overpriced, salad items including bread rolls - hard, dry and not the best quality.Very big issue with food on main meal, chicken and halloumi skewers - chicken tasted dry and like it had been reheated with a weird aftertaste. Halloumi had t touched a grill and was rubbery, flavourless and inedible.Peri-peri sauce over everything - very spicy could have done with just being separate.BBQ chicken stack, chicken breast was thin, processed and not nice, overdone cheese, overdone chicken in breadcrumbs - just not pleasant to eat - especially due to the price.However for once, the drinks including refill pop were spot on - delicious.Also the waitress (one of 5 staff we saw) Maddie, was incredibly polite, kind, helpful and understood my complaint - just about the halloumi as we are british after all and she apologised that we weren’t happy, asked if there was anything she could do to compensate and also made changes to our bill, helped with all technical issues and made the situation bearable. She deserves praise but we won’t be returning to this or any other Harvester in the future.
