IMO Car Wash

Absolutely SHOCKED. In the middle of my car wash it stopped half way through (assuming a mechanical fault), the man on site at the time has come over repeatedly BANGING on my window and SCREAMING at me. He then went on to make me open my door to show him my feet to see if they were placed on the pedals. Which they weren’t. I have used this car wash multiple times in the passed and never had any issues. I’ve honestly never in my life been spoken to or aggressively approached like this before. I would highly recommend people not to visit unless you want a grown man screaming in your face and aggressively banging on your window.

Disrespectful,never working properly.same problem everytime. Put scratches on my new car.Dont go to wash, its not worth it.On asking for a complaint form they just lied on my face that it was washed properly.

It's ok for the price, I had the number 3 wash with the foam, the boot of my car was still dirty. The best car wash is doing it yourself if you are able. The staff are nice though.

I’ve been quite reluctant to have a dig tbh but the last few visits in two different cars I’ve had to tell the lovely lady that the cars are not coming out clean. In fairness she’s done her best to tell the blokes there but todays wash has been a joke. I’d say 10% of the cars still dirty. Missed patches all over so for me even tho it’s just £3 I’ll be going back to Bolton branch. Feel quite pitiful for the lady. Benefit of the doubt sadly didn’t kick in here

TBH I'm always worried that these places are money laundering and or modern slavery. I don't think these guys are. The carwash is quick and easy, but it doesn't always get all the bird stuff off. Also some areas, like behind the areal, I need to clean myself afterwards, but much quicker than if I did it all of it! Next time I'll try the mini valet which is reasonably priced, and with a manual wax will probably cover the areas the jet wash and machine wash miss.

Fast and convenient with friendly service and a great attention to detail. Brilliant value for the money in an easy access location. Cash or card available. The express valet + wash plus for £15 is all I’ll ever need, achieved in 15 minutes.

Every two weeks, I visit this car wash for both exterior and interior cleaning. The staff is incredibly kind, offering me a comfortable seat under a shelter while I wait. They even engage in friendly conversations as they work diligently. Recently, after injuring my little finger in a motorcycle accident, I've been unable to wash my car myself. Their exceptional service has been a true lifesaver during this time. Conveniently located near Bury market, I plan to return frequently and will certainly invest in their pre-paid wash tickets.

I’ve been to imo this morning to wash my car like I always do and asked them to spray water on top of the car (there were some bird poo which the machine dos not normally remove). I was mistreated by a men from the staff. He was very rude and tried to intimidate me on the spot. Loud voice, rude words, and clearly on an aggressive demeanour. He then start speaking on a foreign language with the other members of staff that proceed to laugh and ridicule me.As a woman, I felt humiliated and even threatened by them. The staff are clearly not ready to deal with customers. Im taking measures to take legal action and prevent this to happen to any other woman on this establishment. One of the worse experiences i had in a long time.
