A neglected, leaking, kitchen tap had prompted my call to Niall, who arranged to visit later the same day, to assess. Arrived as promised, immediately set about the repair but discovered the tap was too corroded and damaged, so he obligingly popped out to purchase a new tap of same fittings.Job completed in a short space of time, pipework thoroughly checked, work area cleaned and tidied, before he left. So helpful, knowledgeable and informative .Would highly recommend Niall, with confidence, for his integrity, professionalism, reliability, politeness and very fair pricing.

Niall provided a fast response service to a burst pipe and he was at my front door within 10 minutes! Unbelievable service! Great price clearly stated before work was carried out, Niall worked very quickly and was very competent, he was also professional and friendly, cool, calm and collected unlike myself. I cannot recommend him enough and I'm a very fussy person. I just hope that Niall is around next time I'm in trouble with my plumbing. I will try Braintree Plumbing first from now on!

Had an issue with an underfloor heating manifold, phoned Niall, he got on it straight away, member of his team turned up and went above and beyond, great service will definitely be using Niall and his team again!

Called after finding 2 leaks on the top floor. One from a broken shower, the second a drainage leak from the same shower. And finding Braintree Plumbing on Google.Niall was courteous. Arrived quickly. Assessed the issue and talked through possible solutions. I needed a fast fix that left a working shower, so together we settled on fitting a replacement.The work was done quickly and professionally for a very reasonable price, and I thought that would be the end of it.The next morning, I noticed a minor issue with the shower and sent Niall a quick text. He came back same day, no additional charge, and had it put right in minutes.Normally I wouldn't leave a review for this kind of thing. But a tradie that stands by their work is priceless. Its now been a few more days, no issues, and if myself or anyone I know in the area needs a plumber. I'd call Niall right away.Its also worth mentioning, Niall was great with the dogs. Which meant I didn't have the dogs barking the whole time! Something I am sure the neighbours appreciate as much as I do!

I only needed a heating system draining and inhibitor adding as well as a valve changed on a radiator. Niall did a great job, was very friendly and professional, with reasonable prices. Will definitely call upon him again for any other plumbing needs. Thoroughly recommend.
