Made a dreadful mess of what was initially just a rip in my sister's jacket (quite a difficult repair as the jacket was a shell type fabric). Took it back to see if anything could be done to improve the fix and was met with swearing and complete foulness from both 'ladies' which I could only assume was a defence mechanism for their ineptitude. It's a shame as various family members have used them in the past without issue. Money refunded and won't be using them ever again.

I had a tricky alteration, and was recommended Xclusive by a family member, so thought I'd give them a go! They were amazing. I know I'm an anxious customer, and they were absolutely lovely at all stages. My alteration was done perfectly, very speedily too. Thank you, I'll definitely be back!

Just superb. Needed a number of alterations made to school uniform, not all straight forward, but they have completed them perfectly and in the time frame quoted. Will definitely be using Xclusive again in the future.
