Absolutely lovely new business. Been fortunate enough to travel in both the Jaguar and the Rolls Royce and was not disappointed. The chauffeur, Alan, goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is comfortable, enjoyable and memorable with little added touches that make your journey just that little bit extra special. I just had my first trip with North Somerset wedding and event cars and I truly couldn’t have been happier. I was greeted by Alan who was an extremely cheerful, polite, friendly individual.Alan kept in communication with me before my ride which is something a lot of companies fail to do.The vehicle itself was lovely. Extremely clean and well taken care of. There were snacks and drinks available.Alan was a great driver and I enjoyed a lovely smooth ride home.I couldn’t rate the experience higher and I would recommend this company to anyone! The company provided a superb Rolls Royce to take me and my daughter to her wedding in Yatton. On the journey, brilliantly chauffeured by Andy, we got many smiles, waves and thumbs-ups. Fabulous new business. We hired the Jaguar for a private event, Alan our chauffeur was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble for him. The complimentary bottle of Prosecco was a very welcome surprise. We would have no hesitation in recommending or using them again.

This was a total surprise from my Dad and Jane on the morning of my wedding, I planned my journey in a Ford focus, I opened the door to find a Rolls-Royce and a chauffeur! To say I was surprised and overwhelmed was an understatement. My driver Alan was lovely, very professional and the Prosecco was greatly received to help calm the nerves! The journey to Coombe Lodge was so smooth and relaxing I began to calm my nerves a little before arriving!
