I recently bought a Volvo C30 from a used car dealership that had issues from day 1, got that issue fixed by them, all was well. Then a few weeks later I get a check engine light. Steve got it diagnosed pretty quickly and booked in for repair.As soon as I left it for repair called me and told me to come see what else was wrong with the car. The car had long standing (before I bought it) issues that made the car unroadworthy. Steve brought these to my attention and advised that I get the car back to the dealership ASAP.I told the dealership my issues and Steve informed them too to substantiate my claims. The repair bill for all issues would have come close to £1500 for a car I owned for 2 months since buying.Steve was a class act in diagnosing the issues, informing me of everything and forwarding those details to the dealership I bought from when questioned. His professionalism and knowledge was top quality. Extremely helpful, will definitely come back if I get another Volvo needing work, and will recommend to all friends with Volvos.10/10

Absolutely brilliant!Took our car in with an issue, and Steve was totally upfront and honest about it all.He could've gone down the route of carrying out the work for around 2k, but said there would be more to come and we'd be spending quite a bit more than we initially thought, so also saved us a whole heap of cash.He offered us advice on what we can do with out (now) old car, and what to look out for in a new car.A great guy, offering a faultless five star service, and will definitely be our new Volvo garage.
