Matt’s culinary skills are exceptional - he went above and beyond using the finest fresh ingredients during a recent family gathering in the Cotswolds. Matt catered for all of our meals, no request was too much. I would highly recommend. We will most definitely be using Matt’s services again! Thank you Matt for looking after us.

Matt cooked a very special 3-course dinner for our 'Mums hen party' on Friday night. He arrived fully prepared and unobtrusively cooked seared scallops and beef and vegetarian Wellingtons with delicious vegetables and a stunning dessert. I was amazed at how he was able to cook in a strange kitchen without having to ask where anything was! He prepared the food to suit our timings and introduced each course. He also tidied everything up and left my kitchen sparkling. I can thoroughly recommend him!

Hired Matt for my wife’s 50th. Matt arrived fully prepped, not intrusive at all and blended into our night perfectly. Food was amazing and kitchen spotless when Matt had finished. Can’t find a single fault. Expect we’ll use him again before too long and would recommend to anyone.

Matt was fantastic, professional and calm. He got on with the dinner, in the kitchen, in the background whilst I was hosting. He introduced each course with a professional, happy manner. Everyone enjoyed the food, lovely finishing touches. We would definitely recommend and use him again.

We booked Matt for a Christmas gathering at our house. The food was absolutely amazing and everyone was highly impressed. Would most definitely recommend him and we wouldn’t hesitate to have him back!

Matt came to our home at 6pm and by 7pm he was serving our 10 guests with most delicious array of canapés as we sipped champagne in the garden... A little later we moved into the dining room where we all enjoyed an absolutely fabulous meal of Salmon, fish velouté (which was amazing!) and sea vegetables, followed by a duo of lamb, charred fennel, summer roast potatoes and red currant jus, he even gave us a vegetarian option for our one vegetarian guest of pea and mint potato cake, charred fennel and poached All of this lovely dinner was topped with a delicious passion fruit cheesecake and a Birthday Éton Mess! Thank you so much Matt, it truly was delicious, our guests were blown away, I certainly won’t hesitate to book you in the future!

The preparation was quick, the service excellent and the food fantastic. We had Matt cook for eight of us and his menu was the highlight of the evening. He catered for several different dietary requirements and each dish was as good as the last.

We hired Matt to cook for us for a large hen party, the food was absolutely delicious, presentation was spot on and it was the perfect little bit of luxury that we needed! Big thank you to Matt for contributing to a fantastic evening.
