Prices of second hand goods are more than they are sold new in other retail shops. An abhorrent business model aimed at the poor. Prices given for items are an insult.

Bought a Samsung watch here, very happy with. But in general the price of some of the stuff offered is ridiculous. In some cases sourcing items new would be cheaper elswhere

Give cash everytime, unfortunately it's never enough. However if u want to swap your new game for slightly older ones prepare to walk away with 5 or more games for the sake of the obe yiu traded in. Dvds and even blu rays can be scanned and give u 1p or NOTHING. Ask what every item is worth at check out as they are rogues and won't tell you quite often despite putting these items back on the shelves for 50p to nearly 3 pounds each. Cash and trade price differs wildly with every item. Collectors editions often don't give a higher price and aren't recognised at all! Games with booklets don't cost more or less than those without. They sometimes reprint copyrighted sleeves on items also, not sure of the legality behind that. On the whole staff are nice but beware the majority of the staff at Redcar literally have come from Hell, quite sure of that, thet literally hurl abuse at you when you're trying to be polite, at least they did with me and I like to think of myself as a good guy.
