I am extremely disappointed with Topstyle UK. Initial works were completed in May 2021 in just 4 hours by 4 roofers. They missed fitting EPS felt to the back roofline so I had them come back to do that within 2 weeks of the first visit. Since then I have had continual penetrating damp from rainwater coming in the back bedroom where the chimney runs which the original works were supposed to cure. The problem is much worse than it ever was before the work carried out by Topstyle UK. I have had them come back to attempt to rectify the issues a total of 3 times and they have failed each time, and the damage is getting worse. They even charged me an extra £250 for more lead work around the chimney which has done nothing to stop the water from coming in. It is time for me to take my complaints further. After my experience, I strongly do not recommend.
