Cuggini Car Wash

Disappointed. Yesterday I took my car for a Platinum clean expecting it to be done well. They only had 2 people and didn’t even wipe my dashboard. For £45 don’t bother going there. And it took so long I could have washed and cleaned it myself. I came home and had to redo most of the cleaning on interior

Quite disappointed with the service here. The guy in front was either a regular or knew someone as his car was given undivided attention to detail, sadly I can't say the same for mine. I asked for the interior and exterior clean, £20, but wasn't worth the money. The interior was rushed, quick wipe, nothing really cleaned properly. The windows were decent (why it's been given a second star), but the windscreen still had bug residue on it that hadn't been washed properly. The doors weren't cleaned very well, with dirt marks left on them. I'll be avoiding them.

Stopped in for an inside and out wash, they did the job but the result isn't great. The car wasn't hoovered properly inside and the windows were left with streaks on.They are always busy but I can't really recommend them.

Decided to get a full interior valet before selling our 4x4. Gave the car a thorough wash in and out as well as a hoover to ensure they spent their time on the details. Cost was £50 and I was told it would take approx 1hr. Came back 40 min later to my car parked on the path. The valet quality was very poor. Called the owner who eventually agreed to cover the cost of a valet for the replacement vehicle I purchased (passat Estate) took this in a month later and was rudely spoken to by one of the young gentlemen. He advised the best they could do was a 'in and out' service which only cost £30 (£35 for a 4x4)I would not use this business again given its poor quality service and then customer service (the one down the road is much better!) Edit. Owner called and was abusive to me regarding this review. Very unpleasant gentleman who threatened me with violence.

Wish I had read the reviews before taking my car there. These guys are scammers. Quote a price and then change the price at the end and do the worst interior clean I’ve ever seen. Bit stupid as if they do a good job I’d go back. Unfortunately they won’t be getting any more money out of me.

Absolutely shocking car wash! Poor wash and took over 45 minutes. Not only that the chemicals have now baked into my paintwork. Wouldn’t recommend them to clean an excavator let alone cars! Awful!

Friendly staff and an excellent clean. Thank you. Very thorough. Car was particularly dirty.
