I asked for layers and I’m now having to go to another salon to fix my hair. This is one of the worst haircuts I’ve even gotten.

Best hair dressers in the area for sure!! Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Would recommend to everyone, especially for colour treatments and definitely a blow dry!

Absolutely amazing service… Did everything really thoroughly and not rushed and my hair was amazing at the end. The highlights were really well done and the keratin is applied thoroughly and heat sealed many times to make sure it is activated. It lasts a long time so it’s a good treatment. Would recommend if you want good, skilled work done. The staff are very friendly and experienced.

I’ve requested highlights and they’ve done only half. It turns out ginger. Then they washed, toned and blow dried it. Half of front of my hair wasn’t done. Stylist(if you would call them that) let me from 11:30 to 12:45 for other customers doing their hair colours and blow dry other customers. I’ve asked what’s going on? He said can u come back at 2:30 as we are busy?I was shocked. He asked me to leave with half head ginger and the other half rolled up on top of my hair. He asked me to leave. I drove there from Crystal Palace. 1:30 min drive. Did he actually expect me to go and come back.Shocking experience. Never again. I don’t recommend it at all. They are only ok for basic root colouring and that’s it.And by the way when I arrive with appointment, I have waited 20 min for him to come and I saw him in the kitchen frying eggs and eating breakfast

I totally recommend this salon i am so happy with the customer service and how they style my hair every time i go. Very satisfied with their work.

I didn't expect too much because of the price, but it was way too awful! This place should be for men (barber), not for women(hair dresser).I showed a photo to the hairdresser called Ibo, he barely checked it and started. I thought they wouldn't be able to do stylish one so gave him simple style but what he did was totally different from the photo, like a joke! I told him again what I wanted exactly, yet he couldn't do what I asked for, even simple fringe.I knew I shouldn't have expected much but didn't expect that bad. I have to tie my hair now. I have to go fix it in another salon.I just gave one extra star because Ken at least showed he cares customer satisfaction. Ibo, (sorry but) rubbish.By the way a girl at the till was also rude. (Older black hair lady was nice. )

Shocking & a disgrace, rude and incompetent. Go ANYWHERE else1st time I arrived they didn't have my appointment in the book, and said someone with the same name took it. No apologies from them.2nd time: the assistant was brushing my wet hair (which was not washed by them properly either) and knocking my head and yanking my hair (which is straight and easy to brush), and when asking for the brush so I could brush it, the hairdresser, who wasn't there when they were yanking and brushing my hair, reprimanded me that I must just calm down, and out up with it. NO APOLOGY from them either. Zero customer service, shocking rude and incompetent staff.

I took threading twice from them, its pathetic, please do not try they will make you look as bad as possible. I regret my decision of giving 2nd chance.Worth wasting money!!!!Plus when I called and checked the price they said 7 pounds for threading and at the checkout the person said 10 pounds for eyebrows threading.

Please if you want to visit this place for highlights or colour think twice make sure to explain to the owner that today he destroyed my hair and very bad colour orange in yellow.I was not even asked what highlights I want .He just went at the back to mix his colours and by the time that he came I was trying to explain picture at least what highlights I am expecting, his answer was let’s see.Than after half head with highest and an orange yellow root colours all over my neck and face, the lady that washed my hair you could see that she was in shock as she tried so hard with solution to take all that colour over my neck and face and expressing her sorrow as she could see in what kind of situation I was on.After the wash I couldn’t believe after I seen my hair that the owner still was persisting that the colour it’s not yellow or orange.He was trying to convince that after the blow dry my hair it will not look yellow or orange, he started to pull my hair with the brush and dryer as to one point I said stop as I could tolerate the heat and the pulling of my hair.So my hair where dried only at the front and he was still trying to convince that it’s not yellow or orange and he wanted to put another toner, in that moment I just wanted to pay and leave this place.He was trying to charge £135 for ruined my colour of my hair and not apologies or anything, so I went at the back and start confronting as why his charging me £135 for what.In the end I paid £85 and that’s a lot to be honest I wouldn’t recommend or every go in this place .
