What a gorgeous little cafe! Fantastic service and the most delicious cakes, we had a coconut and raspberry 3-layer cake and a decadent carrot cake. Brilliant! The tea and coffee is served in lovely big cups to warm you right through. Parking can be a challenge but there are 2/3 places surrounding it you can pull in.

Perfection! You can experience attention to detail in every aspect here. The decor is very attractive. The desserts are beautiful. And of course everything tasted wonderful. The desserts were rich, fresh, and moist. The panini with brie, ham, and chili jam, was delicious. And the coffee and tea were great.

Ordered cake, panini and a coffee. The cake was amazing, worth every star this place owns. However the Panini was nothing special, and the fact it was served separately with a 20 minutes interval did not help. First I got the coffee, 20 min later the panini, and after another 20 minutes the cake.

Just had a takeaway graze box from the wonderful Craigard Kitchen and it is delicious! This little wonder is based in Ballygrant and is definitely not to be missed! Nik is a tremendous baker. All cakes are homemade and food made fresh on the spot. The place is spotlessly clean and a great place for a blether.Aided by her able assistants Erin and Russell, Craigard Kitchen is a little slice of heaven!

Came here after the Bunnahabhain Distillery tour. We ordered paninis, chocolate caramel brownies, a lemon loaf and lattes! (We were very hungry.)Everything was delicious and the staff was very nice and friendly. We stayed for quite a while just hanging out and enjoy the nice tranquil atmosphere. Would totally recommend stopping and getting a hot latte. Perfect for the chili weather! Enjoy!!!

Found accidentally on our way through to Port Askraig - so glad we stopped! Walked in to homemade cakes being decorated, scones fresh out of the oven and a friendly greeting for both us and our dog. We only went in for a coffee but left having enjoyed tasty food and with a bag of beautiful cakes to take away (they taste as good as they look). One of the best cafés we've found during our short stay on Islay and even better that it's dog friendly. Thank you!

Cannot fault this wonderful wee place.Staff were phenomenal. So lovely. Cheery, great with the kids, chatty.Dog friendly. The food was really reasonably priced and very tasty. We got cheese toasties, mozzarella and pesto pannini and a haggis and cheese toastie and all were very tasty.Lentil soup was good as well.Toastie and soup was about a tenner.Just a brilliant place and such a shame that we hadn't found it sooner because we would have visited more often. So easy to just drive past without realising it is there. The deserts looked amazing, although we didn't get any (other people there at the same time as us seemed impressed though).Just a lovely, good value, tasty, well run place.Go!
