Terry's job was top notch. We never used them before but have decided to go with them because of their google reviews. When I first met with Terry, I was impressed with his honesty and his openness. In his second visit he repaired our oven fan motor [Rangemaster Classic 90] and changed the seal. The work is faultless and invariably professional. We were very surprised that there has only been five reviews but we guess, a good job well done may not necessarily result in a review. We shall be using him again.

This Appliance Group are fantastic! They are not to be associated, or confused with, any other group. They are courteous, professional, and do not make false claims. The service is based on sound knowledge of the industry and repairs or replacements are done with minimal delay, if any. They are not associated with anyone who charges a monthly cost for anything, and will not promote insurances or related costs. Customer really is paramount for this business. Well done to them!

Fantastic service - would definitely recommend / use again! Karen and Terry went out of their way to help our tenant with an issue she had with her cooker, even re-scheduling appointments so that they could review the problem as soon as possible. Excellent communication throughout and extremely professional company - 5 stars!!!!!
