There's always a bargain here. The only sad thing is that the ladies here aren't the nicest. They need to do some training on improving their interpersonal skills. They've always been funny with me... But nicer to other people. Sadly they aren't aware that I can actually buy the whole store, cash! No loan!

Fantastic charity and shop, one of the largest in Leigh, with lots to look around and great bargains for second hand clothes and things ☺️

Age Concern Furniture Shop
Disappointed.ofered them 2 perfectly good real leather armchairs with fire certificate. Men came and looked at them and told me there's no demand and wouldn't take them.Advertised them locally and was inundated with calls.Supposed to be a charity,I don't think so.Wont be donating to them again

Age Concern Furniture Shop
Interesting shop which is constantly being updated with new stock. The only problem is it's difficult to get around with a mobility scooter.

Promised to hold a game console for my 10 year old son and after months of asking they kept saying “yeah we’ve got it, we just need to get it out and sort it out for you” it’s been over a year, and the last couple of times we asked they just laughed- I find it quite low to promise a young boy something he wants to buy with his pocket money, only for them to keep letting him down and then finding it funny. Also considering they are a charity shop their prices are extremely high, examples of this would be, £25 for a pair of old used trainers and £10 for a beat up old board game, and £20 for a cheap old action figure, in reality you could get these items cheaper on eBay, also they don’t seem to put any prices on their video games- I feel reason they do this is so they can decide how much to charge you depending on who you are and what you look like, this is the worst charity shop in leigh.
