Excellent customer service, consultation, kind and caring, squeezed my Mum and I in for a last minute appointment. Reception were helpful, attentive and looked after. Emma and Sophie were fantastic. Excellent scalp massage and our hair is beautiful. Had nails done too! Thank you

Becci provided a lovely experience. I'm always a bit nervous going to a hair salon, but she put me at ease and made sure I was happy with my cut at each stage. A very kind and talented stylist.

I had a lovely manicure with Chelsea. We natter like old friends. She's always very careful and checks if I'm happy with the shape and colour. Can't recommend this salon enough. I've had massage, microblading and facials and everything has always been of a consistently high standard.

Brilliant customer service and very friendly staff. My first visit but definitely not my last!! My stylist Becky took the time to listen to me and took on board I was unsure, she made me feel totally at ease without being pushy or overbearing and that made me relax. She gave me the style I asked for and it has certainly had the WOW factor, so thank you Becky. Won’t be my last visit, already have my next appointment booked, yay. I also got to donate my hair which was the icing on the cake!!

This is the 4th time Sophia has done my hair , she is very talented and professional. I always get a beautiful smile fromHer and a very warm friendly feeling. And I always leave with my hair looking great , and she pampers me , I can highly recommend Sophia to everyone, you will not be disappointed, also all the other staff are incredibly welcoming, fun and friendly, and helpful. ALL IN ALL BEAUTIFUL hair salon super friendly and skilled staff. GREAT ATMOSPHERE.Thanks Sophia for yet another lovely wash massage and blow dry , look forward to a new cut and re styleA STAR ⭐️
