Beware. Worst dealership. Happy to take your money. Soon as there's a problem (less than a month and in Warranty) simply says not my problem" "laters" then will block your number"

I am extremely disappointed with this garage . After deciding to use a garage for peace of mind when purchasing a used car I have had nothing but trouble. When we views the car I was offered a set price to trade in my old car after taking a week to think about if to trade after putting a deposit down on a vehicle he reduces the price significantly and makes up a false noise with the vehicle which we wanted to exchange for the new car . We decline and went back a week later to pick up the new car and we’re told we can’t pay with a credit card which meant we now can’t claim any money back fro the we brought not even six months later the car starts to over heat regularly. The gearbox has now completely failed having left me stranded in the middle of a busy junction I have contacted the sales person after reading my rights and he has declined the chance to rectify the issue which is meaning we now have to make a smalls claim through the court as the car is now completely off the road. I now know after reading more reviews I’m not the first and certainly won’t be the last to drive off in an unsafe car.

Recently bought a 2015 volvo v40 off Marc and i couldn't be happier with my decision, The car is in great physical and mechanical condition. Marc was great throughout the sales process and even when he couldn't be there at the only time i could view he arranged someone else to be there to show me around the car and let me test drive. I flagged i got a brief low battery message on the dash and Marc assured me he would buy me a new battery straight away. Great guy, Great business, and would definitely send friends and family to him. Thank you Marc

Top class service. I viewed the car last weekend but could not test drive it. Marc was happy to take a deposit over the phone. He MOTed it for me and had it ready for collection this weekend. A quality used car from a dealer who knows what he’s doing. Great communication and very accommodating. Thank so much.

Bought a car of Marc recently. Traveled from Belfast to get it, something came up beyond Marc's control where he could not be there and i had to cancel my travel arrangements. He offered to cover my loses by reducing the price of the car which he did. I collected the car the next week. I have done around 600 mile on the car without issue. Overall, great service, friendly, knowledgeable, value for money and relaxed sales approach. I would recommend.

Fantastic service from Marc. Bought a car from him (which was delivered to my home free of charge) but unfortunately a strange noise started just 1 week after having it. Followed exactly what Marc said regarding the warranty and contacted him immediately. Knowing I was alone with two young children, Marc came to my home, picked up the car and took it to a mechanic.A used car is a used car and sometimes things can go wrong. It’s how the dealer deals with the situation that matters and Marc has been really great. Would recommend him to friends and family.

Bought a car from Marc and couldn't test drive as had a baby with me, driving home found two issues with the car and contacted Marc. He allowed me to take to my local garage to get the tracking done and other work done- which Marc then settled their bill. It took a long time to get the car right but have to say Marc wanted to support throughout. Now the car drives well and all is good.

Unfortunately, I had to go through the process of buying a car recently. I never find this the easiest time, as I am sent a multitude of options from friends and family. I stuck to my guns however and bought something familiar, and Marc assisted me through that process. The price I paid and negotiation was very fair- his frankness and down-to-earth character also played a part. The customer care was excellent- both in negotiation, following sale, and even with a minor fault a month on. A highly recommended trader who will look after you.

Awful experience with this dealer.Placed a high bid on my car to secure winning an online auction, then after days of time wasting, wanted to reduce the price by £800 (without having seen the car), allegedly based on a fault they could see on the same photos they used to make the bid in the first place!Not to mention a rather unprofessional response when i informed them I wanted to call the sale off...Dodgy tactics, I suspect this dealer is a complete crook so would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Just want to start by saying Thankyou! , Buying a second hand car can always be a bit scary as you never know what you will be getting. From start to finish Marc was amazing! He gave me great honest advice about px on my old car which showed me how honest/genuine he is. His customer service and handling of me and my partners 1001 questions was just what we needed, very happy with our purchase, the car is exactly as described on the listing (unlike other dealerships" we wasted time on before coming here).Thankyou again!
