Booked for a trip to Gatwick. Received confirmation text immediately. Taxi arrived on time preceded by text message. I rang them at 5.40 am to check ETA. They answered immediately. All very smooth and stress-free.

Used to be a regular customer 2 to 3 trips per week. Post covid have started travel again and service has become very poor. Drivers using phones while driving, drivers having full family conversations throughout the whole journey home, late pickups, and generally poor attitude. Won't be using again.

Really long waiting time for a taxi , even if they said will take around 10 minutesWaited almost one hour and the taxi still hasn’t arrived as it was said to wrong address .They won’t even answer the phone after that .

My first choice in reliable and affordable taxis in Reading, they do trips all around town and I've used them for airport journeys too. Never had a bad driver, never had a bad time.

This used to be good for years. Post covid it’s become consistently awful. As mentioned by others, drivers arriving late, drivers illegally on phones while driving, discourteous, bad attitude. Last driver literally spent the entire trip on a video call with someone over speakerphone. How is that OK? Gave him feedback and told him he’s lucky I didn’t report him to the police for using a mobile whilst operating a motor vehicle. Since then I decided never to use this company again.

Booked a 8 seater to London Heathrow for the family. The driver was early and waited patiently and helped with the luggage. Great service and thought the fare was great for the service provided. Highly recommend and will use again

Usually they are fantastic. Friendly drivers who are punctual and helpful. I have just called them to ask them to take me and my (very small and suitably crated) dog to the vet, and they refused because they have ‘no drivers who will do that.’ So disappointing, especially as I am a regular customer

Taxi was late. Tried calling to see how long the taxi would be. He was rude down the phone to me and hanged up. I would avoid this company
