Starbucks, Totton, Southampton.Newly open branch, nice sign on the door saying ‘closed due to staff shortages, drive they only, could understand it if it was an independent but Starbucks should have this under control!Will try again another time & report back.This place has upped its game & is now thriving.New pics added from my latest visit.

Very dim spot light lighting not a warm welcome feeling. Service can vary and it can be a couple of minutes then maybe even longer. Still enjoying the coffee though

Good place to go to with friends and family and it's nearby the lakes after a walk, so come in and enjoy a coffee and cake and relax for a conversation with your friends and family.

The best coffee from any starbucks. Never burnt or wrong orders. Lovely staff, very outgoing and bubbly. Really appreciate how lovely they are to young kids and animals.
