Let's start off with that if we could give more than 5 stars we would. Our dealings with the Chameleon Group and especially with Ben Morris have been more than incredible. We bought an apartment in the Harriers thanks to Ben's professionalism, responsiveness and helping us throughout the purchasing process. We were at the time not in the UK and therefore were not able to view the new build nor the show-house due to Covid19 travel restrictions. Ben made us feel totally at ease. He guided us through the process, continuously sent us updated/progress videos and photos of the development and our apartment and was more than helpful in answering our numerous questions. The Chameleon Group is very much a one stop professional shop that go out of their way to help you from start to finish - in addition they helped us with suggesting solicitors and gave us contacts for furnishing solutions. We can highly recommend the Chameleon Group.

Hands down the best agency experience. Matt has been amazing in guiding us through the market options and has been proactive in showing us new developments. Impressed by their honesty and friendly approach -instead of the classic dry suited pushy agent-. They have very good knowledge of the property market and they would only advertise properties that they think are worth going for. Has also been instrumental in helping us get the deal through. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Matthew and the team went above and beyond to really understand what o was looking for in a property. Once we found a suitable place, Matt held my hand through the offer and acceptance process always being open and honest and fighting my corner!
