Some nice gifts and cards but the staff seem really disorganised and like they don't know what they're doing. Watch out for no refunds either - exchange only...

Very unprofessional, unhelpful and unfriendly. Both manager and staff (Debbie and Molly). Never been treated so poorly in a shop before.
