Didn't really like it. Expensive and not great. The hot chocolate was very good but it was expensive. The mocha wasn't good. The cake was very average as well. Staff were friendly but not very organised. The toilet wasn't very nice either. Overall not impressed and won't be going back. Costa and Nero offer a much better experience. I'd go there again if you put chess in the little play area

En el centro de Colchester encuentras está cafetería con tartas,bizcochos muffis y sándwiches.Las camareras son atentas y tienen paciencia por si no te decides que comer!Las mesas están limpias. Es bastante concurrido. No te pierdas la red Velvet está deliciosa!

When we come to collect the orders with diversity, respect, equal opportunity, fairness, dignity and zero tolerance of racist abuses and harassments, we do not expect your staff to greet us with a friendly smile like your smiling customers just come in but, please do not show your long face to us like we owed you too much money just because of the colour of our Asian skin!! If you have just arrived to work in the UK from Third World countries with no diversity or very poor not at all customers service, we cannot blame you but the UK is not a third world country?? We have been delivering for Muffin Break for many years but sadly they have been training the new staff like they just arrived from a third world country!! Furthermore, let all your individual well trained staff who have just arrived in the UK this year know that they do not own the company so SMILES!!

Very nice muffins and coffee . Very nice ambience and also some outside seating. Very polite staff a good town centre place to rendezvous and chat and relax between shops

The staff are EXTREMELY rude, i honestly could not believe the attitude all of them have its disgusting. When i go in to order my food all i get is attitude and the server whispering and laughing to my face with other workers. I accidentally made a mistake on my order and the worker told me to hurry up" and to "get it right" i obviously did not mean to make a mistake however it was treated very poorly with nasty comments from staff. very disappointed and will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone."

It's a nice place, with a pleasant atmosphere, wooden interior and very classy crockery, milk carafe and strong and delicious espresso.Carrot cake is also tasty.The service is all right.I think some of them are students.

It is a cafe located in Colchester Town, nice ambience, they have both indoor and outdoor seating. Nice place to sit and relax after shopping in town, or have discussions. It is quite crowded most of the time. They serve pastries, snacks, coffee, tea, etc. I like their coffee. Staffs are friendly and provide a great service.

Very clean , staff quick to clean tables ready for next customers. One thing was annoying the person who was making the coffees needs to get a plastic tub when cleaning out coffee holder. The noise is so loud when they bang holder onto the side of tin rubbish pot especially when you are sitting right next to it .

I was in the QUE for about 2 minutes, server behind the counter asked what I would like? I requested a Long Black, small to Go. Then another server asked me what I wanted? I told her I've already ordered. It was busy all the tables were taken, there were about 4x servers behind the counter. I got to the till, manager I'm guessing, took my payment.I stepped back to wait for my black espresso coffee with hot water.The BARISTA was busy. Finally my American got called out. They didn't offer me cold water or an ice cube to cool my coffee. I walked outside and removed the lid to add my filtered bottled water to cool. I noticed there was no coffee cream floating on my LB. And if there is no creme, you can actually return and tell them to make it again. So, I went back to the BARISTA. Told her the problem and insisted she make another.SHE for a moment fussed... I told her I was a BARISTA with 25 years experience.SHE made me another. I asked her, is it a double shot? She said NO, it's 1.5. This is a cafe undercutting their customers. This is why my coffee had no creme, it has to be a double shot espresso which is what I paid for.This time she filled the hot water right to the rim, and again no creme. I paid about £6:00 for watered down coffee+hot water that spilled over my wrist.RIP off. They are so busy. But, do their customers know they are only getting half of what they pay for?

Love the coffee and cakes and croissant. Very friendly staff. Location is brilliant and the ambience is fantastic. You can sit outside but plenty of space inside. Pancakes look awesome never tried though
