10/10!!Had one of the nicest naked burritos around. The pulled pork was delicious and huge portions!!Tried my very first jarritos in orange flavour which I will definitely be coming back for.The customer service by Aysenur made my dine in experience all the better with her bubbly personality.

Lovely place for a quick lunch. The burrito was delicious and there are loads of options for fillings! The staff were very friendly and patiently spoke me through all the options. Would recommend!

Fantastic service by Stephanie.Never eaten there before and she kindly helped me figure out what was best to eat. Her hospitality was great and will be visiting again. Delicious food and drinks.

Amazing and colourful food and as I’m a vegetarian they have loads of vegetarian options compared to other places! The 3beans chilli was amazing. Friendly staff as well . Loved it, definitely be back again :))

I absolutely love the place, great experience everytime I go there, have brought my sisters as well and they love! I work locally and everytime they are around going to The Bowl and Roll is a must! Lovely food and team members are always very friendly and polite!

Visited this place on 01/04/2022 afternoon with my family (3 of us) - got served by a very moody female employee that completely ruined the experience for us. My partner was disgusted at her attitude that almost walked away. I happen to be more patient and forgiving, so I asked him to wait, to see maybe she would behave better, but unfortunately it didn't happen.Order was 3 burritos, we were planning to eat in but given the vibe as soon as we walked in, we realized takeaway would be better. Cashier was flicking through her phone, looking frowny and annoyed to be there. It was our first time, so I requested to have the burritos prepared one at the time so we could choose the ingredients and see the options. To which this very moody employee employee responded with grunts, quite exasperated, as if it was very inconvenient to prepare them in such manner. We were the only people in, so there was no rush or need to prepare all at the same time. Such was her disgust to the simple request she started banging the metal lids of the ingredients on the counter, almost throwing them around in a tantrum. It was so weird, at this point my partner was like I don't want food served by this person"

Empty tacos. Largest filling was not the promised chilli but the guacamole we paid extra for (which was just packet “sauce” like consistency). The “chilli” filling consisted of a couple of beans and a dribble of sauce in each taco.

If I could give 0 that's what it deserves. I received a soup of things, requested rice, which didn't came. Tiniest portion ever for £16 through Deliveroo. A complete rip off and waste of my money!!! Do not recommend at all. I always order from a Wonderfull place in Richmond, but decided to order in as I could collect from this God Awful place. Never again!!

Tried this place for lunch as I love Mexican food and i think it has great potential. I tried everything on the menu, I enjoyed the burrito and thought it had flavour however it was cold and wasn’t packed full enough with meat or beans. The nachos needed melted cheese, as it was essentially just tortillas and dip.The quesadilla also lacked flavour, as it had plain chicken in it opposed to the much nicer, tender and more flavoursome meats you offer in the burritos. I unfortunately came away un satisfied and un happy with my lunch.Also the employee that made my food did have gloves on but kept touching the door handle to go out back and then would then make more food, so there wasn’t much point of gloves?However I understand it’s a new establishment but I just assumed considering how successful the other place is this would be good too.The staff were friendly and I liked the decor and set up of the restaurant.Ruby.
