Petsearch rescue westmidlands UK Appt needed before arrival

Amazing company, our cat Miaghi was missing for over 2 weeks and we had thought it had died but luckily petsearch rescue saved our cat from an evil lady who locked him up in her house and tortured him! They saved him from this woman and washed and fed him and contacted me as soon as they got my details from his chip. Our miaghi is safe and back home where he belongs. Thank you again.

We had a tenant leave a snake and a budgie in a property and he had not been feeding or providing them with water.Petsearch put us in touch with someone who came straight away to take them and ensure they are ok.Highly recommend for speed and communication.Cannot thank Petsearch enough these animals are now in safe hands.

These cats are kept outside , in sheds , which are half mesh wiring , in below -6 degrees, with no way to get warm , in a very small place in some cases ,I don’t know how the cats survive in this place , being taken off the streets* - not in all cases - ,to be locked in a fridge which has lasted for up to 2 months for a cat .In inadequate conditions.

We adopted two kittens in Oct 2022 who we adore. Sadie's ongoing support has been invaluable to us, she really cares and knows her stuff and is always happy to support even though it's clear they're so busy and the work they carry out is relentless. Thanks guys

I would definitely recommend Petsearch Rescue. I have adopted from them and they are very helpful with all questions and the process is easy and straight forward. Daisy is a lovely cat, very healthy and the rescue clearly followed numerous cleaning procedures as the areas the cats live in were lovely and cosy and clean.

The day after I contacted them, they found a foster for my cat, and they are lovely people. Glad my cat is with good people now. Love you ren.

I just want to start saying how I admire and really respect the work each and every charity does in order to rescue and take care of unwanted and neglected animals.However this charity is rude. I sent an enquiry about a little kitten, I was messaging a lady about him most of the night going back and forth with every bit of information and photos she required and then she stopped replying and ignored me all together. I sent a couple of messages the next couple days asking if he had been adopted and still nothing. I then emailed the company a week later asking yet again about this little fella and also said that my company was after a charity to donate to and yet still no reply.I understand that they are busy but a message saying he’d found a home is all I needed… a two second job. Having to send over photos of your house and current pets and then no reply afterwards makes you feel quite exposed.I never ever leave reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to.I’m still on the look out for another cat young or old to join my family so I can do my part to help all these unwanted animals but I will not ever be recommending or using this charity.

Such a wonderful caring rescue.The most difficult cases you’ll ever see are looked after with expertise and love.High quality RSPCA approved cat accommodation with the benefit of the constant attention of the owner and a dedicated group of volunteers.Every animal that is lucky enough to be taken in by Petsearch is rehomed expertly and matched to a loving new owner.Highly recommended.
