Move Inn Letting & Estate Agents Iver

I used Move Inn Estates a few weeks a go when I was selling my property. I got in touch with the the team at Iver and they brilliant at guiding me and helping me through the process. They kept me up to date with the next steps and procedures. The highlight was the communication I received from Avi and Jags.They both assured me everything was in hand and once the process was completed they even sent me a small congratulatory gift basket. Highly reccomend the Move Inn Estate Agents and their staff! Couldn't be more happy!

I had my flat on the market with other local estate agents for months and it was not selling. I spoke with John and he reassured me that he could make it happen. We sold in 3- 4 weeks after being with Move Inn! I cant thank Gurleen and John enough for being honest and extremely helpful throughout this whole process. Really glad we went with Move Inn. The professionalism, friendly and efficient service I received from all the staff at Move Inn Estates Iver was absolutely brilliant. I cannot express how Avi, Jags and Gurleen took on board the quick and easy sale of my house. It was quick, easy and hassle free, after one meeting I knew I was dealing with a team of professionals with excellent customer service I would highly recommend them for all new buyers, sellers and renters. If I could give a 0 I would have given a 0 out of 5. Their service, management and one staff member in particular were the worst. Never have I had such a bad experience with an estate agency. Chirag was the one dealing with us. Firstly every time we called he sounded like he didn’t even want to be working as if he was falling asleep on the phone. Anyways, he would tell us he would get back to us but he wouldn’t get back to us, it happened multiple times he would say he’ll get back to us by a specific time yet he didn’t, we had to keep calling for an update. Moreover, everything was accepted, was told we can tell our landlord that we are going to move and that we should get the move in date soon and the keys. So we did that. The next day or 2 in the morning we got another confirmation that we will be getting the keys soon. 2 hours later we get an email from his manager saying he can’t give us the property, due to some house rating. If an agency doesn’t have specific certifications to rent out. They shouldn’t be advertising the property to be renting out, doing checks holding our deposit to tell us on the last day they don’t have valid certifications.I definitely do not recommend this branch.

Can’t recomend Move Inn enough! The team at work are very professional and always ready to pick up a phone call. Very efficient and consistent with the level of work they complete, always ensuring my tenants are happy. A special shoutout in particular to Avi & Sachin, who have been of great help to myself. Keep up the great work!

I have known Avi & jags for a long time as my BTL Property has been let through their agency .Move Inn Estates is exceptionally professional in their attitude towards their clients . At times , they have gone beyond their duty in order to give me the full customer satisfaction .In my case , they managed to obtain higher than the market rate for my property . They have a policy of vetting prospective tenants meticulously ensuring there is no aggravation post the tenants moving in .Both brothers are very committed and passionate about their work & customers & hence their phenomenal success in such a short period .I would recommend them highly for selling or letting your property .
