Bluebird care is the first care company I have worked for, and have been so welcoming from day 1. I have been with them for nearly 2 years, and love it. The company is constantly working to improve in every area of the business to ensure we deliver the best standard of care to our customers. Been with Bluebird team nearly 6 months and trust me...I been working for lots of care companies and agencies and so far I can say, this one is worth it. You are treated well and you are definitely looked after. Any issues, you can talk to management team and you will always get support and friendly shoulder from them. Team and colleagues are marvellous here at Bluebird Wellington. Honestly, I can't wait to see what the future will bring to me.

I started work for Bluebird in September 2021, I have worked for a number of companies but I can say that Bluebird is hands down the most supportive, and staff centred company I have ever worked for. The support from management has been very good, and everyone in the office is approachable and friendly. I had never considered a career in care prior to working for Bluebird, but they have shown me how rewarding it can be.
