Bit of a odd one this place my partner got quoted £100 for a iphone screen repair with lifetime warrantyI went in there to get the repair done to be told its £90 and only 1 month warranty and told me thet have never offered lifetime even though its clearly advertised on the posterI then get told they would put a protector on the screen as part of the work as this is bestIm then told that they only accept cash and i should get it out at sainsburysI get back and the repair had been done however was told it was now £105 i explained i only took out 90 for a card machine to appear from under the counter despite being cash onlySo their advertising lifetime warranty but its a monthAnd cash only turned into them having a card machineAnd different pricing and warranties depending who went inDo be careful

Great shop. I bought a used iPhone which didn’t hold the charge as well as I had hoped. There was no problem with the shop offering a new battery free of charge or another iPhone to the same value. I chose another phone and they helpfully transferred everything over. Now I’m all set and very happy. Great service and good 3 month warranty.

Wide collection of accessories. Broke my headset and went to the phone shop they had very good quality headsets with reasonable prices. They are repair professionals as well they had comfortable sitting as well to wait while your device is being repaired. AJ was really friendly and helpful. Gonna consider this shop again for sure.

Honestly can't fault these guys! Ran in in an absolute panic as my screen on my phone just stopped working and especially as a self employed person I need my phone for work and I had calls and messages mounting up and no way of answering any of them not even the calls. Within 25 minutes they had it up and working for me again so just long enough for my husband and I to grab a tea before picking it back up again. Honestly life savers!!!!

Great shop, superb staff, the young gentleman can’t help you enough, so polite and professional, the only reason for a 3 star is that it’s so cold in the shop as the door is always open in freezing weather, can’t be bothered to look at stock, quick in and out for me every week.
