Treated me honestly. I booked a repair for a washing machine, received a call on the day of the booking telling me that they had good idea of what the fault was likely to be, and would I like to save myself the call-out fee based on their experience, and the age of my washing machine. I felt treated fairly. Thank you

Excellent service. Dimitar diagnosed our dishwasher fault quickly, offered some repair options but we went for a replacement machine. The removal of the old one and the installation of the new one was faultless and Dimitar and his colleague were professional and friendly.

We recently called out Exclusive Repairs for an emergency flooded washing machine when our usual company couldn't attend for more than a week. They arrived within three hours and exactly on time and did a first class job at a really reasonable rate. They took their time to make sure that the emergency and other possible related issues were resolved and ourselves and our client were extremely happy with the service.I would definitely recommend Exclusive and I would now call them ahead of the company that we have been using for many years.

Up to the point of booking for their service and visit, they were good, I thought. After that, they didn't keep their words. My Technik dishwasher, an old model couldn't be repaired, as it needed a new circuit board but the parts are not available and are discontinued, I was told by the guy who visited. I needed to pay £48 as a 'diagnostic fee' on the spot. I asked for receipt, and he said that it would be sent to me by text. He also said that he would write a report of the issue, and I asked him if I would get a copy, he said no, and it is just for their office. and the office will be in touch for a follow up. I didn't get a receipt by text. I didn't get a follow up call either from their office. I phoned 2-3 times, and the guy who answered my phone call said that he would get in touch with his technician and call back. A guy called to say that he sent me an email with a receipt and also the details of the issue . Upon checking my inbox, I see no email in my inbox, mmmm... I'm beginning wonder about their service. I have now given up following up. I would think twice to recommend them.My conclusion is that up to the point of getting paid by a customer, they would be polite and nice, but after that they are not reliable. I wish I didn't choose them. I was disappointed that I believed their words, hence wasted my time waiting for them to call back, as I needed the repair urgently.

Booked to fix my tumble dryer as it had been making an awful loud noise. First visit arrived on time, found the potential fault and needed to order parts but left it working for now. A week later I hadn't heard from them so calledNever received my call back promised. Finally I call again to rebook visit to fit new part. They came back, fitted the new part but then it apparently needed another new part. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing (I had covid and then Christmas hit) and leaving the dryer not working at all (over Christmas which was a nightmare with 3 young children) I call them to be told they'd not even ordered the other part. No apology at all and no call back yet again. Agreed to ordered the part but get them back round to make it work again for now. THE ENGINEER DID NOT TURN UP. Called the next day, again no apology. After nearly 2 months I decided to give up on this company, booked another repair guy who fixed within 20 minutes, no new part needed!Shocking customer service. They don't call back if they say they're going to. They replace parts that aren't needed and leave the appliance in a worse condition.

I have had to use this service twice for my washer dryer and each time I was impressed. They are very punctual and even call when the engineer is 20 minutes away. The engineer is very nice and explains the exact issue, and if possible how to prevent it. For one of the cheapest offers in London they don't try to upsell. I have their details on my fridge just in case anything else breaks!

Great service! Hristo arrived on time, was highly professional and well organized. After listening to my description of the problem, he identified its cause in a few minutes, even if it was not an obvious one, i.e. a blockage in the air pipes for the drying function of the washer/dryer. He promptly fixed it and our six years old washer/dryer is now working as new. Highly recommended and will use their services the next time I have an issue with my home appliances.

I have now used Exclusive Repairs twice: Once to look at a broken induction hob and the other time to fix a washing machine with a broken door seal. (Both times, I searched my products on Glotech and was sent to them). Both times, they sent Kyril, who is really friendly and professional. He was very considerate of me working from home, very efficient and able to explain exactly what went wrong in both cases. Based on my experiences, I would recommend.

Contacted Exclusive Repaires based on the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Prompt communication really nice to deal with. I was impressed with the quality of my dishwasher install, they took the time to make sure it was securely fitted, leveled and all in correct working order. Couldn't recommend enough.
