St Oswald's Church, Tile Hill

St Oswald's serves the community of Tile Hill through Nourish, St Oswald's Platter and Food Bank making sure there is nobody without food. It also serves them spiritually through Fr Ed's services which encourage us to find out more about God through Jesus Christ. There are regular Alpha courses and opportunities to explore the Christian faith.

The advisors at the Job Club go to great lengths to help in any way they can.

This church claims to be like “my family”. But yet what I’ve found in the time I’ve been coming. I’ve found that people are very ignorant, discriminative, judgemental, homophobic & abusive towards vulnerable & disabled. I had to report this church to the police because of there behaviour. This church knows barely anything about the struggles I face on a daily basis but yet it has been so unkind & hurtful despite all the financial sacrifices I’ve tried to make to attend the services & be on time. As for the phone service in general, nobody ever answers & straight through to voicemail to try & communicate. There’s always seems to be constant excuses, this is not a professionally run church in my opinion. I’m sorry to say but unfortunately I can not recommend this church as a safe place to worship due to the demanding expectations, limitations & putting vulnerable people at risk with physical & mental disabilities. I do not recommend this church to family & friends at all.

On Friday's (term time) there's an advice centre and they are amazing. They cover so much. Helped me with enforcement agents and debts. So helpful

I attended the Tile Hill Job Club here. The team made me feel welcome and at home. They gave me very practical support and advice, which immediately helped me to refine my resume and the way I look for work.Thanks Anne for your assistance.
