A good choice for a quick snack/lunch in the busy heart of London. The price is very reasonable for a healthy meal that will definitely keep you full. There is good range of components for the falafel salad (2 types of pickle, 3 or more types of salad, olives, and few more things). There is just one thing about the authenticity of the dish; there was a little bit too much coriander for this Middle Eastern dish. It's a personal opinion anyway.

Great-tasting freshly fried falafel with a nice set of free 'add-ons' ranging from puy lentils and chickpeas plus grated carrot, pickles and jalapeños. Big portion that's excellent value for money.

Best lunch in the city I’m sure of it. Falafel pitta for £4.75! It’s a big feed too. Gets pretty busy but queue moves quickly. Australian lady is my favourite! (Sorry I don’t know your name!)

Don't normally give 5*s but particularly liked this place. I didn't feel pressured when ordering for the first time like some places and the staff were really friendly! Service was perfect for a packed weekday at lunchtime and prices are very competitive. Food was really good

I went today for the first time to grab my lunch. It was a bit late for it around 3pm. The staff was cleaning and tidying up but instead of being annoyed by my presence the lady behind the counter was AMAZING and WONDERFUL, she's taken care of me, shes very friendly and kind. I can't recommend this place enough. I will definitely come back for my veggie meal. Ans after having lunch I still have plenty left for tonight's dinner! AWESOME

Great falafel BUT AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!I’m not usually doing this, leaving bad reviews but the lady with the dark hair who took my payment was awfully rude when I shared the fact that I was a little disappointed with the amount of olives I got for an extra £1,5 and that I was expecting to have a more generous portion, and her way of dealing with it was to tell me “WE ARE NOT HERE TO BE GENEROUS. WE ARE HERE TO MAKE A BUSINESS!” Honestly, I have worked in hospitality and I can tell you that by far this is not the way to make a business! Also, you are working with food and serving hungry people who are entrusting themselves to your food and services and the energy should be way more friendly even if it’s a high paced environment and there’s quite a lot of pressure when it’s rush hour! If you can’t keep up maybe it’s time to look for another job!

Health and fresh food. They have lots of toppings that you can choose. Perfect place for vegetarian. Best to eat in rather than take away to feel the actual taste. This is a small food shop. They are not open in the evening time since they close early. Service is good.

This used to be a great lunch time favourite with a salad box full of lovely tasting fresh salads. However recently in the last few months I have noticed the portion sizes decrease and become inconsistent. Many times I have got back to the office and opened the box to find it half full / missing various salad ingredients and down on falafels (I usually pass on the bread and take the option to have extra falafels - which sometimes get forgotten), like today - half a salad box and no extra falafels.Shame as it used to be a great lunch time favourite with great staff and service, but now too many times I feel I have not received what I have paid for.

Great falafel in pitta with many salad options for a good price. There's often a queue out the door but it moves really quickly. Haven't tried the salad box yet but it looks big.
