I retired from orchid parkway Sheffield July 10th 2020 . Iv never worked at a place where the management under values it’s shop floor workers .they are very ignorant I’m saying this after 50 years in the surgical instruments and implant trade .The only people I miss there are Linda baron my manageress at the time and kyleigh Hnatyszyn my team leader both top women

One of the most racist places I've worked. I worked in the forge and found the management to be favourable to those who were Pals with the management within the forge. Also the manager of the forge was a very poor communicator and tended to bad mouth the owners and MDs of the company.
