I wish I didn’t enroll myself over here. The receptionist is so rude and never listens to the patient and do whatever she wants to. Extremely disrespectful and annoyed behavior from her!!! For sure, I am going to look for another GP now!

Had doctors walk into the practice over 30 minutes late for my appointment with no apology, never felt any compassion from the doctors and struggled to get referred when required. Do not recommend.

The worse GP ever seen. If there is an option for - or 0 then that's what they deserve. Their receptionist got attitude problem and GP time management plus their knowledge should be checked if they even qualify to be doctor. A small health problem builds up to such a stage where person get hospitalise because of the negligence of GP. I wonder why can't most of patients make an official complaint so NHS can realise the problem. AVOID this slaughter house centre.

Terrible GP surgery. They were bad enough before covid but even worse now. Phoned up because my wee boy who is only 4 yrs old has a terrible cough that I'm pretty sure is an infection and she was so rude. We've nothing for a whole week, go to the pharmacy. The pharmacy aren't going to be able to prescribe an antibiotic so that's a bit pointless. She didn't even bother asking his age until the very end of the phonecall after she'd been a rude so and so, entirely unprofessional. By that point I'd lost my temper and hung up the phone. It's impossible to get any medical issues solved. Ridiculous.

Absolute worst doctor I've ever been to. I recently spent all day on the phone with both the doctor's office and Boots, trying to sort out a prescription. The office kept lying saying they would call the pharmacy right away and never did. Still waiting on that prescription! In addition, I have a painful medication condition and the doctor refuses to see me in person, only wants to do phone consultations. I wait all day next to my phone, and no call. When I call back the next day, the receptionist lies again and says they called multiple times and I didn't answer. It also took them over a year and me nagging them constantly to finally admit that I have a medical condition that requires help from a specialist. I'm at my wits end with these people. I'm only waiting on a referral to a specialist, then I'm immediately getting a new GP. For anything thinking of registering here, run far away.

I hate this GP. Every single time I come here, they make me wait half an hour just in the waiting area. They spend no time at all when talking to a patient, especially the woman, she full on just rushes you. I don’t know if they enjoy making us wait, but it’s really annoying. If my appointment is at 2:30, they’ll take me in at 3:20. Seriously, they should fix the service. Once a patient is done they’ll make u wait another 20 mins just to go in. If you’re thinking of coming here, think again.

I personally wouldn’t even give 1 Star. The worst GP practice. I have no clue how The mother and the son have managed to run it for so long. I wouldn’t even consider them a doctor. When confronted them about their negligence they are just rude.

only joined this practice in the past few months and I'm leaving already. going into the GP you feel vulnerable enough as it is and that isn't helped with the extremely rude reception staff. both woman are so rude every call and every visit. no professionalism whatsoever , if you're looking for a GP who speak to you very poorly this is the one for you !

The fact that this doctor and those bloody receptionist are still able to run the surgery ! DISGUSTING. Complaint by myself will be made to nhs. If an appointment is 4.00pm u don’t get seen until 5 or later ! And when u get seen quick 2 mins check and rushed off .. DrAKHTER you are an embarrassment to drs
