Horsforth Neighbourhood Housing Office

Useless woman who i spoke to was thick couldnt of explained the reason why i was calling any clearer and for some reason she didnt know what i was talking about need to get people working with more common sence

Worst housing office in Leeds, staff are rude and do the bare minimum to support tenants.Never answer phones, never reply to messages. Would expect more from people who are in fact public servants.Edit - phone line just loops, nobody answers and when you leave a message there is no response.Escalating to ombudsman anybody that has had similar issues please email me.
